Experience Center
Where the Codex comes to life.
A working studio. A teaching space. Not a showroom.

Four phases. Ninety minutes. Phones away.
What 90 minutes here is actually worth.
What this visit is — and what it isn't.
- A demonstration of The APX Codex
- A sales pitch with a deck
- A free design consultation
- A commitment to engage us
- A vendor showroom tour
- Pressure to sign
- Generic content delivered to every visitor
- A working tour of how we operate
- A demonstration of The APX Codex
- Case studies relevant to your sector
- Early thinking on your project
- An honest fit assessment
- 90 minutes prepared specifically for you
Everything you need to know before you visit.
Three things we'll know once you submit.
- Whether your project is a fit before you travel to us
- Which case studies are most relevant to bring to the conversation
- Which project lead is the right person to host you
Honest answers to the questions buyers actually ask.
Can I bring my team?
Yes — up to four people. The visit works best with the actual decision-makers in the room. If your team is larger, mention it in the booking notes and we’ll plan accordingly.
Do you offer video calls instead of in-person visits?
For first conversations, yes. We run a 60-minute video version of the visit covering the same methodology walk-through and case-study discussion. The in-person visit is genuinely better — you see the studio, the materials, the archives — but video works when travel doesn’t.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 1–2 weeks. We block out the full 90 minutes for each visit, so slots fill up. Same-week visits are sometimes possible — ask in your booking note.
Will you ask me to sign anything during the visit?
No. The visit is a conversation, not a transaction. If we both want to take next steps after the visit, we’ll send a written scoping summary and set up a follow-up — but nothing is signed in the room.
What if my project isn't ready yet?
That’s often the best time to visit. We can be useful at the early-thinking stage — helping you figure out scope, timeline, and budget before you commit to a direction. Many of our best engagements start months before the project formally begins.
Is there a cost for the visit?
No. The Experience Center visit is complimentary — we cover our time. We do ask that you confirm at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule, since we block the full session.
