Sector-attentive in output. Not sector-specific in method.

Generic firms treat sectors as taxonomy — separate marketing pages, separate stock photographs, separate boilerplate. We treat them as diagnostic emphases.
The APX Codex maps your business across sixteen workspace KPIs spanning spatial, operational, and trajectory dimensions. The KPIs are constant. What changes by sector is the weight.
A financial services firm lives or dies by information barriers and visitor flow. A manufacturing firm needs adjacency discipline between corporate and operational realities. A pharma firm operates under a regulatory surface that touches almost every design decision. A managed-workspace operator survives on amenity intensity and turnover rhythm. Same instrument. Different readings.
This is why we can be credible across six sectors without pretending to be specialists in each. The methodology is the specialist. The sector is the calibration.

Pick your sector. See its weights.

Each sector pulls different KPIs to the top. Tap any sector below to see the three KPIs most diagnostic for that world.

Same five phases. Sector-attentive at every one.

The Codex doesn't change shape from sector to sector. But every phase reads your sector specifically. Tap a phase to see how.

Sector-attentive in output. Not sector-specific in method.

The Premium financial services benchmark is 150+ sq.ft per person. The firm wanted "global asset manager visual signal." The operational math wanted dense desking. Both were valid. Neither was negotiable.
Decode surfaced this tension in week one — not week ten. The Define document committed to a tiered finish allocation (Luxury in the 20% LPs see; Premium in the transition zones; Semi-Premium in the operational back-of-house) that resolved the conflict before a single wall was drawn.
The space reads as Premium to visitors. The operations run without strain. This is what decoding before designing produces.
